(I'm niche in 55+ Sun City Summerlin: Furnished or Unfurnished, Short Terms or Long Terms Lease)

• Your rental property must be in 55+ Sun City Summerlin 

• Your rental property must be vacant or soon to be vacant (vacant = not occupied by tenant)

• You are experienced or inexperience in self-managed your own property  

• New-owner self-managed to be (newbie) is welcome

• Plan to do Furnished, Unfurnished, Short terms, or Long terms

The goal of being the self-managed owner is to have good flow of income, reduce works, and have more personal time to enjoy. 

You must be willing to make some adjustments and receive the good tenants, good/better income, etc. which we will get into it. 

It is worth to get it right to start with. So, you can be independent to run/manage/grow your own rental(s) in many years to come
