- Your rental property must be in Lake Las Vegas
- Your rental property must be vacant or occupied by owner (vacant = not occupied by tenant). We do not accept the unit occupied by tenant at this time. (Remember: You want to start fresh, learn what the right key is (see below)
- You are experienced or inexperience in self-managed property
- Totally newbie in self-managed property is welcome
- Plan to do Furnished, Unfurnished, Short terms, or Long terms

(for 1st time starts at $499* per each visit, up to 90 minutes)

- (optional service): We offer a Phone consultation Package, Add $99 (covers up to 40 minutes phone call session) -or- you can break them up to 2 phone calls up to 20 minutes phone call session (good for 30 days of purchase: use it or loose). If you go over 40 minutes, then, we will send you the link - just pay the difference. That is $50, per 20 minutes session phone call. (Note: Each Phone Call Session is sum up to 20 minutes session)
- OR -
- (optional service): We offer a Zoom Meeting consultation Package, Add $129 (covers up to 40 minutes Zoom call session) -or- you can break them up to 2 Zoom calls up to 20 minutes Zoom call session (good for 30 days of purchase: use it or loose). If you go over 40 minutes, then, we will send you the link - just pay the difference. That is $65, per 20 minutes session Zoom call. (Note: Each Zoom Session is sum up to 20 minutes session)
- OR -
- (optional service): TT offers a Meeting with You "In-Person Consultation". This time You travel to meet TT at Her Place in Lake Las Vegas, Henderson For Both 55+ Sun City Summerlin Client and Lake Las Vegas Client, Add $299 per each visit, up to 90 minutes
- Otherwise -
- (optional service): TT offers a Meeting with You "In-Person Consultation" again at your property in 55+ Sun City Summerlin , Add $449 per each visit, up to 90 minutes
- (optional service): TT offers a Meeting with You "In-Person Consultation" again at your property in Lake Las Vegas, Add $399 per each visit, up to 90 minutes
- How To Pay the Service Fee -
- Pay as it goes. All Payment is Due In Full Before the Time of Service (We Accept Credit Card, Zelle and Check)
