Our up-to-date current price is advertised in this website, TTRealty.Homes, and it is the owner’s direct price to you (customer). If you come from other 3rd parties, we reserve our rights to not comply what their data’s including their service fees are.

PAY IN FULL PRICE

(Standard: Direct price from owner)

- Lease: 1 month, $3,300 Rent + Refundable Deposits of $2,000 (Security, Cleaning, Keys)

- Lease: 2 Months Up to 6 Months, $3,000 Rent per month + Refundable Deposits are varying (see below)

The Refundable Deposits "Paying Rents in Full" 

(the Refundable Deposit is for Security + Cleaning + Keys)

2 Months lease: Refundable Deposits of $2,500 

3-4 Months lease: Refundable Deposits of $3,000 

5-6 Months lease: Refundable Deposits of $3,500 

For a Minimum of 5 months lease:

We offer you a privilege of Clubhouse card (limit to 2 cards).

You pay the cost of clubhouse card, $100 per card/per person at the Association.

PAY AS IT GOES

(Standard: Direct price from owner)

This process is for 2 months up to 6 months lease. 

It does take your time to gather document and non-refundable fees. 

Totally, it is up to you.

There is a process of Background, Credit, Identity & Financial Check

- Admin non-refund one-time fee = $99

- Credit and Background check = $35 per person (done by our selected 3rd party)

- Provide us your 3 recent months of Bank Statement (All Pages)

- Before moving-in, Renter insurance policy is required to cover if any hazard. (if needed, we will guide you how)

What do we consider?

- Clean reports (from all)

- Credit score must be 800+

- Liquid Funds in your bank account

-  Have a minimum of 2 x All rents + required refundable deposits.

Once approved:

- 1st full month rent pay in full + Last month rent pay in full + Refundable Deposits

The Refundable Deposits "Paying As It Goes" 

(the Refundable Deposit is for Security + Cleaning + Keys)

 2 -6 Months lease: Refundable Deposits of $4,000 

For a Minimum of 5 months lease:

We offer you a privilege of Clubhouse card (limit to 2 cards).

You pay the cost of clubhouse card, $100 per card/per person at the Association.

For example, you sign for 4 months lease, you must pay the 1st full month rent + the last month rent before moving-in, $6,000, along with Refundable Deposits of $4,000 (Security, Cleaning, Keys)

Then, when each month rent dues (in this example, it will be the 2nd month rent & the 3rd month rent respectively), you will pay each rent due per lease instruction.
