While you rent/stay at my rental property and you are interested in buying property, I represent you on buyer's side. 

Doing so, I will offer to reimburse you, $500 as rental reimbursement. 

ALSO, I will offer to reimburse your costs/expenses of your home inspection and home protection plan, these reimbursed offers are combined up to $1,500.  

All reimbursements will be given at the time of the property deeds being 

recorded (meaning, business is done)

Disclosure: Reimbursement of costs/expenses will have to come from seller’s contribution commission. Without seller’s contribution, I cannot give buyer the reimbursement offers. (Note: Most sellers contribute the buyer's commission to buyer's agent)
